In this day and age, companies from every industry (be it pharmaceutical, engineering, media etc) must keep up with the changes occurring in the business world, in order to ensure survival and success. What was considered “top notch” five years ago, now (in modern times) may very well be something of mediocrity. So the question that arises is that what should I do to regain my customers’ attention and interest?
